Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Memorial Management Software ("Memorial Management," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using the software, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
Memorial Management is a subscription-based software platform designed to support funeral home operations, case management, arrangements, documentation, and related services. Certain subscriptions include hardware provided as part of onboarding.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your funeral home or organization to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Keeping login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
3. Free Trial
- Memorial Management offers a 30-day free trial
- A valid credit or debit card is required to start the trial
- No charges occur during the trial
- You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
4. Subscription & Billing
Billing Start
Billing begins automatically at the end of the 30-day free trial.
Billing Options
You may select:
- Monthly billing, or
- Annual billing (prepaid)
Billing preference is selected during signup and may be changed during the trial.
Charges
At the end of the free trial, the following charges will occur:
- Subscription fees based on your selected plan and number of active locations
- A one-time onboarding and equipment fee
5. Onboarding & Equipment Fee
- A one-time onboarding and equipment fee is charged after the free trial
- This fee is per organization, not per location
- The fee includes:
- One pre-configured 11-inch arrangements tablet
- Protective case
- Stylus
- Initial system setup
The onboarding fee is non-refundable once hardware has shipped.
6. Hardware Shipping
Hardware is shipped only after:
- The free trial has ended
- The subscription is active
- All required payments have successfully cleared
We do not ship hardware during the free trial.
7. Additional Equipment
Additional tablets may be purchased separately. Charges for additional equipment are billed at the time of order and are non-refundable once shipped.
8. Pricing Adjustments & Discounts
Pricing may adjust based on the number of active locations. Multi-location and annual billing discounts may apply automatically.
Total combined discounts are capped at a maximum of 15% off standard pricing.
9. Cancellation
During Trial
You may cancel at any time with no charges.
After Trial
- Monthly subscriptions remain active through the end of the billing period
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
- Interfere with system performance
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Data & Ownership
You retain ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us permission to process data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Memorial Management is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Memorial Management is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
