With over a decade of hands-on experience in funeral service, Billi-Jo understood firsthand the frustrations of juggling multiple disconnected systems, outdated software, and processes that hadn't evolved with the times.
Memorial Management System was born from a simple question: "Why isn't there software that does everything we need, at a price we can afford?" Rather than wait for someone else to build it, Billi-Jo set out to create the comprehensive, intuitive platform that funeral professionals deserve.
Today, Memorial Management System reflects that vision: a single, unified platform that handles everything from first call to final disposition, built with the care and attention to detail that the death care industry demands.
Why We Created the Memorial Management Platform
Memorial Management was created because the tools available to funeral homes and crematories did not reflect how this work actually happens.
Most existing platforms focus on digitizing paperwork, but they overlook the reality of day-to-day operations: multiple cases moving at once, regulatory requirements, crematory coordination, staff handoffs, family communication, tax distinctions, and the constant pressure to not miss a step.
We built Memorial Management from inside real funeral home operations to solve problems we were living with every day.
The problems we set out to fix
